What is your shipping and handling policy?

 

Shipping charges vary depending on the weight, location and the shipping option selected by the customer. All orders are shipped via USPS along with a tracking number, and should arrive within 3-5 business days, not including holiday season when delivery times run slow.


What is your repair policy?

 

We are happy to repair any NADO jewelry at a minimal cost. In order to assess repair costs, please send an email to sales@nadodesigned.com; include as much information as possible, including the name or description of the jewelry and item number if available. In addition, if you would like to attach a picture to the email, that would help.


Does NADO make custom jewelry? 

 

Occasionally, we would take orders for custom designs. For more information or submit a request please email sales@nadodesigned.com.


What is your return / exchange policy?

 

NADO takes a lot of pride in every piece of jewelry created, so if for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, jewelry may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date the purchase. Jewelry returned within 14 days that has not been used or damaged and that is accompanied by the original receipt is entitled to an exchange, or alternatively a full refund, less shipping and handling fees.
